Maria Pallidou is a professor of practice in the area of Entrepreneurship Management.  She teaches Entrepreneurship Management courses and also holds the position of Director, Office of Innovation and Industrial Collaborations.  She is an active participant in the Greek startup ecosystem, being the Co-Founder and CFO of PhosPrint PC, a med-tech startup based in Greece.  With a strong background in Corporate Finance, prior to joining PhosPrint PC, she had 25 years of experience, mostly with Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where she held local and Regional Finance Director positions in the EMEA region, with multi-country and business unit responsibility.  She also served in senior finance positions in companies in the Consumer, Agrochemicals and Apparel industries, and in project management in the secondary packaging industry. She is an active supporter of talent development, serving as a Mentor for startups in the “egg–enter go grow” accelerator, Junior Achievement Greece, and Acceler8, University of Bath startup accelerator.
