Ioannis Christodoulakis

Dr. Christodoulakis is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Mathematics, where he teaches Environmental Science and Physics courses and supervises capstone projects. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor (fixed-term) in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Thessaly, as a Lecturer (fixed-term) in the Department of Digital Systems at the University of Peloponnese, and as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Physics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from NKUA, an M.Sc. in Environmental Physics, and a Ph.D. specializing in paleoclimate and geochronology. His research interests include monitoring and studying the ozone layer, air pollution and its effects on cultural heritage, remote sensing, paleoclimate, climate dynamics, climate evolution, and luminescence dating.

Dr. Christodoulakis has published 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented his work at numerous international and national conferences.
