Ioanna Mitropoulou is an insights-based marketing consulting professional with global activity as a consultant to Multinational companies, mainly in the field of pharmaceuticals and food and is passionate about linking academia with business practice. She serves as the Program Coordinator for the Marketing Department, Head of the Deree Business Week event Steering Committee, advisor to the Marketing Society and the Consulting Club, and represents ACG at the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service. She is teaching research courses, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing research, with a focus on quantitative and qualitative projects across a wide range of methodologies and markets, including central government and EU projects, pharmaceuticals, food, and start-up/ technology-oriented projects. Her academic interests also involve Higher Education (engagement, metrics, neurodivergent individuals).
