Manos Varouchas is an education management professional with knowledge of the American, British, and Spanish higher education systems, and a proven record of establishing viable partnerships between business and academic units. He is chair of the Management department and associate professor, leading undergraduate programs in Entrepreneurship Management, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, and Sports Management. His teaching involves Information Systems Strategy and Information Security. He has served as a mentor, executive director of college alumni relations, board advisor, assessor of business plans, and systems analyst in the ICT industry and academia. Additionally, he brings extensive experience in higher education curriculum design and development. His research interests include quality metrics in higher education and information systems security. He serves as a reviewer and author in higher education peer-reviewed journals. He is elected Associate Director for AFCEA International and Board Member for the Hellenic Children’s Museum.
