Dorothea Lentis
Science and MathematicsI have great experience in working with patients, within hospitals/medical settings and community care units, who in some cases may be experiencing high levels of stress, and exploring in depth issues of treatment. I am an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher [MPhil & PhD]. For my BSc thesis in the US, I explored the effect of Interleukin-2 on Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes, derived from colon adenocarcinoma [collaboration with the National Institutes of Health]. This protocol is applied in cancer patients with solid tumors and represents a new approach in treatment through Adoptive Immunotherapy. I have great experience from the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in the field of Dietary/Health Supplements. I have worked in major Companies, holding the position of Product and Training Manager. I have participated in the development and introduction to the Greek market of 200 formulations.
