About the event

A mini series on how our own attitudes shape our personal happiness

During the 3 sessions we will

  1. Recognize the importance of making life choices that lead to fulfillment and happiness
  2. Understand the misconceptions we have about what makes a satisfying and happy life
  3. Identify meaningful life goals and discuss how to achieve them
  4. Practice having a non-judgmental attitude and forgiveness
  5. Learn how to let go of both material items and negative thoughts
  6. Turn our existing biases into strengths
  7. Practice strategies to hack our own happiness
  8. Practice strategies to cultivate high-quality connections and make a difference in our community
