Problem Solving has been one of the most valuable skills I gained at ACG. As a new manager, I had to navigate a project with stakeholders holding conflicting interests. My ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and apply data-driven insights helped me lead the team to a successful outcome. These hard and soft skills- developed during my time at ACG- continue to play a central role in my leadership today

My time at Pierce taught me resilience, dedication, and teamwork. Whether I am on a world stage or working with children in refugee camps, those principles carry me through

Today, our family’s connection to ACG spans three generations. It fills me with pride to see my own children now thriving at the newly established Pierce Elementary. Once again, I see what makes ACG special: dedicated teachers, a well-rounded curriculum, enriching extracurriculars, and a warm, inspiring atmosphere, ACG is more than a school- it’s a living part of our family’s story. I’m honored to be part of this milestone. Here’s to the next 150 years.
