ACG and PwC Greece Partner to Empower the Next Generation of Digital Leaders

The American College of Greece (ACG) and PwC Greece have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration designed to connect higher education with the professional world through innovation, technology, and experiential learning. The agreement lays the foundation for a series of initiatives that aim to prepare students for the rapidly evolving demands of the global economy.

With a shared vision of empowering the next generation of professionals, ACG and PwC will collaborate to create a dynamic framework that brings together knowledge, creativity, and practice. The partnership focuses on developing programs that combine academic rigor with hands-on experience, particularly in fields such as information technology, cybersecurity, business analytics, artificial intelligence, and graphic design.

At the heart of this collaboration lies a commitment to learning through action. ACG students will gain access to paid internship opportunities at PwC, where they will be immersed in real-world projects, working alongside experienced professionals in an environment that values innovation and impact.

The partnership will also introduce the PwC–ACG Academy, an annual program of workshops and applied projects co-designed by ACG and PwC. The Academy will help students sharpen their technical and professional skills, engage directly with industry experts, and explore emerging trends that are transforming the world of business and technology.

Further strengthening this collaboration, the creation of a PwC Innovation and Learning Lab on ACG’s campus will serve as a hub for creativity, research, and experimentation. The Lab will host hackathons, student projects, and joint initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

“Our collaboration with PwC reflects our shared commitment to bridging education with the world of work. Together, we aim to empower our students with real-world experiences, inspire innovation, and create meaningful pathways from learning to employability.”

In recognition of academic excellence, PwC will also sponsor Thesis Awards for outstanding senior projects across selected ACG programs, reinforcing the connection between scholarly work and practical application.

To ensure the long-term success of the partnership, a joint ACG–PwC committee will oversee the implementation of the initiatives, ensuring continuous evaluation, improvement, and alignment with shared objectives.

Through this MoU, ACG and PwC reaffirm their commitment to shaping the future of education and professional development in Greece—creating meaningful opportunities for students, supporting talent, and driving innovation across disciplines.

“PwC’s collaboration with ACG is a strategic investment in Greece’s digital future. By combining our technological and consulting expertise with ACG’s academic excellence, we are cultivating the next generation of tech leaders, equipped to drive innovation and growth across industries.”
