Are you struggling with concentration, organization & time management? Are procrastination and distractibility your unwanted friends? This 12-session group is designed to help you develop practical skills for academic and personal success.

Topics include:

Identifying your strength s and weaknesses
Understanding how these difficulties affect home, university, and relationships
Time management, prioritization, planning, and task management
Beating procrastination and distractibility
Emotion regulation, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness
Celebrating your unique strengths
