George Sainis

George Sainis was born in September 1961. He is an Associate Professor of the School of Business and Economics at The American College of Greece. He received his B.Sc. in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, his M.A. in Operations Management from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and in 2018, he received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Hertfordshire.  He has more than 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Business and Quality Assurance Consultant in SMEs. His research interests are in quality management, quality assurance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. He has published ten academic papers in international journals and participated in a number of local and international Conferences.
