This course provides comprehensive learning related to the concepts of nutrition and public health. Students will explore modern nutrition-related health issues and challenges at a public and global health level. Furthermore, they will review current nutritional policies, key strategies, and interventions as part of public health programs to promote optimal nutrition along with population health and well-being.
The course is designed for Nutrition and Dietetics students, life sciences majors, and students interested in learning more about the importance of nutrition in public.
