Keep your fridge temperature between 0-5 C°, as certain types of food spoil faster at warmer temperatures.
Practice FIFO – First In, First Out – and save a lot of food from the bin!
Skip the offers of easily perishable foods! While tempting, unless you are able to consume before spoiling, the extra food literally goes to waste
