Dr. Nikolinakou is a part time instructor in the MA in Advertising Communications of the School of Graduate and Professional Education. She received her PhD in Mass Communication from University of Georgia in the United States. She worked as an Assistant Professor of Advertising in the School of Mass Communication in the University of Southern Mississippi. She has industry experience in brand planning and strategy and worked in Diageo S.A. and advertising agencies in Greece. Her research interests include new media strategy and social media advertising. Her research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals such as Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Consumer Behavior and Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising.
