Anastasia Louka


BA, Deree-The American College of Greece; MA, Fairleigh Dickinson University; PhD, Fordham University.

Dr. Louka, is a graduate of the American College of Greece where she received her BA in Psychology. She earned her PhD in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology from Fordham University in New York and her MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.  Passionate about teaching she has been an Associate Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University where she taught at both graduate and undergraduate level statistics, psychometrics, and I-O Psychology.

She has worked as a Psychometrician and People Analytics Consultant in New York for the past 15 years in numerous organizations. More specifically, she has led large scale people analytics projects and through the years has assisted companies from diverse industries such as IT, Medical, Healthcare Telecommunications and Non-profit Organizations with her statistical and research methodology expertise.  Her work has involved the development and execution of strategic data management techniques, survey design, employee testing and assessment tools, as well as statistical modeling and research design.

She most recently held an analytics director role for the Google account within one of the largest digital advertising agencies in NYC. Dr. Louka is a member of numerous professional affiliations including the American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (SIOP) and Metropolitan NY Association of Applied Psychology (METRO).
