About the speakers
Eleni Blouchou, Co-managing Partner, Bonello Athens
With over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications, Eleni has been a partner and founder in various companies contributing to strategic marketing decisions in both Greek and international markets for various products, focusing on wine the last 15 years. As a co-managing partner at Bonello Athens, she oversees operations in Greece, Europe, North America, Australia, and China. She holds an MBA on Wine Sustainability and Sales from Ludwigshafen University in Germany, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focusing on Marketing Management by Deree — The American College of Greece, a 3rd Level Certificate from the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust in the UK and she is a Certified Trainer of The World of Greek Wine Program by Wines of Greece. Her passion for wine has led her to co-host the “Wine Lovers” radio show, run The Wine Lovers 360 media Project, and serve as Secretary General of the Greek Women of Wine Association. She also participates as a judge in prestigious wine competitions like Mundus Vini and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
Nikos Kokkas, Photographer-Journalist
Nikos Kokkas was born in Germany. He started working as a journalist and a photographer in 1996. Ever since he has published a number of articles, in several major magazines and newspapers in Greece like travel.gr, gastronomos, kantina and more. He prefers to shoot portraits and to produce his own social issues in regions around the globe. He lives in Athens, Greece.
Pantazis Pastras, Senior Research Analyst
Pantazis Pastras is a Senior Researcher with over 10 years of experience in the management and marketing of tourism destinations. Since joining TOPOSOPHY in 2013, he has been responsible for designing and overseeing research projects, including strategic development plans and market studies. He holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Birmingham, specializing in tourism development governance. He has completed research and studies for national tourism organizations, destination management and marketing organizations and regional and local governments at both domestic and international levels, covering topics such as sustainable tourism development, the regulatory framework for short-term rentals and lessons learned from its global application, as well as issues related to alternative forms of tourism, including agritourism and gastronomic tourism.
