Mission
The School of Business and Economics is committed to providing academically rigorous Economics, Finance and business programs that equip students with knowledge and thinking skills grounded in liberal education, micro, macro and finance foundations, business functions and sound specialization components. In congruence with the mission of the School, the mission of the Accounting, Economics and Finance Department is to create an environment where prominent professionals and scholars come together to teach, research and share critical knowledge about these three important disciples.

The vision of the Department is on one hand, to excel in terms of research output and to dominate nationally and internationally as a top research business school in all three disciplines, providing state-of-the-art research, on the other hand to support our students’ learning and development and prepare them for successful careers in industry as well as graduate studies in all three disciplines and business-related fields in top universities around the world.
