Current Research Funding and Grants
The Department is planning, within the next year, to become active in the area of Research Funding and Grants, such as the European Commission’s HORIZON programs, EU COST programs, ERASMUS+ programs, INTERREG, and other national and international calls for proposals, in collaboration with external partners. Currently, we are in the process of initiating collaborations with reputable institutions/universities as well as faculty members, so as to submit funding proposals.
Current Collaborations
The Department has strong links with Greek Institutions, such as the Bank of Greece (TτE), The Centre of Planning and Economic Research (ΚΕΠΕ), as well as reputable companies, such as Deloitte, Mastercard Advisors etc. These links allow the Department to collaborate with a significant number of researchers and practitioners, and try to focus our research towards the most significant trends and needs.
We also collaborate with several research institutes, the most important being Democritus (with which the College has initiated an extensive collaboration in all fields of research, innovation and entrepreneurship)
Finally, we have Collaborations with Faculty members from local and foreign universities, such as the Athens University of Economics and Business, the University of Piraeus and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in order to promote research activity in all Department Fields.
