On February 28, the ALBA Hub for Enterprise and Development had the opportunity to participate in this year’s TEDx Heraklion.

AHEAD’s Director Alexis Komselis (DEREE ’01) along with Case Western Reserve University Professor Michael Goldberg presented their joint experience with the full localization of a Massive Open Online Course on Entrepreneurship in 2014. The course “Beyond Silicon Valley: Growing Entrepreneurship in Transitioning Economies,” attracted more than 3,500 students from around Greece, and the local team produced educational documentaries and held meet-ups in several cities to engage the Greek audience.
