The annual PIERCE Open House, which showcases the best of the creative, cultural and athletic output of the high school through art shows, musical performances, sporting and other events, raised €18,040 ($24,674.95), which made scholarship awards possible for talented and deserving PIERCE students in financial need during the 2013-14 academic year.

Proceeds from the April 13 events were also allocated for the charities “Smile of the Child” and the “Melissa” Foundation, with which the school maintains a close, long-term cooperation. The student community was able to mobilize their creative forces and were joined by ACG faculty, staff, alumni and friends in this fine example of the school’s motto “Non Ministrari sed Ministrare” (“Not to be Served but to Serve”).
