For the first time, Sociology Week will take place on April 1-4, in the ACG Campus. Organized by the Sociology Society, Sociology Week 2014 will explore the effects of migration and diasporas within the context of globalization. From the Odyssey and the feeling of nostalgia to the immigrants’ communities in modern cities, Sociology Week will present the new dimensions of Migration and Diaspora through lectures, documentaries, films and interactive projects.
