The College reserves the right to adjust retroactively its tuition and fees and to alter academic programs and campus regulations at any time should the need arise.


*All students who take more than one course (credit or non-credit) are charged student fees.
**The matriculation fee will be charged only to incoming and readmitted students, along with their first semester/session tuition fees.

Instructions  for Tuition and Fees Payment
Tuition and fees for incoming students are payable only on the day of registration.
Students with obligations from previous semesters will not be allowed to register until they settle all outstanding balances.
Payment of tuition and fees can be made by using one of the following options:

  1. By deposit paid directly to account number 82204342 through any branch of the EMPORIKI BANK, or to account number 180/48006722 through any branch of the NATIONAL BANK of Greece. Each student must make sure that his/her BANKING ID NUMBER* and FULL NAME are given to the bank teller. The deposit slip must be kept for the student's records but does not need to be presented to the College Cashier. The updating of the student's account will be done electronically within 5 working days.
  2. By bank check presented at the Student Success Center or at the Downtown Campus cashier.
  3. By personal check presented at the Student Success Center or at the Downtown Campus cashier.
  4. By credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex) presented at the Student Success Center or at the Downtown Campus cashier.
  5. New automatic payment method: National Bank of Greece account owners may use Automatic Teller Machines (ATM's) or the E-Banking System of the NATIONAL BANK of GREECE to pay their tuition. Students are required to use their BANKING ID NUMBER to complete the transaction. The updating of the student account will be done electronically within 5 working days. The payment of ACG tuition is a new feature of the NBG ATMs and e-Banking through the "Payment of Bills" menu available of these systems.

*  The BANKING ID NUMBER was provided to all students by mail. Students who need a copy can obtain one from the Student Success Center at the Aghia Paraskevi Campus or the Registrars Office at the Downtown Campus.

Any student who cannot comply with the above procedure must receive prior approval from the Business Office at least one week before the first day of registration.


Textbooks

Textbooks are subject to copyright. All rights are reserved, whether the whole or part of the material contained therein is concerned, specifically any and all rights of reprinting, translation, recitation, reproduction in any way and storage in data records. 

Duplication, photocopying or in any way reproduction of textbooks, of parts thereof or of any other copyrighted material is permitted only under the provisions of the Greek Copyright Law No 2121/1993, as such law is each time modified and being in force and written permission for reproduction or photocopying or any use in any way must always be obtained from the American College of Greece or the Author and beneficiary of the copyright of any such book. Violations are liable for prosecution and any legal proceedings under the Greek Law.

The use of photocopied books within classrooms, both during taught lessons and during exams with open books is prohibited, unless the prior written consent of the American College has been obtained thereto.

The use and circulation of photocopied books within the Campus areas including the Library is also prohibited, unless with the prior written consent of the American College of Greece.
