The IRM Department is committed to training students, faculty and staff on technology-related hardware and software. Our staff is dedicated to helping The American College of Greece community fully capitalize on all the technology tools available at the College.
We offer ongoing training in the following areas:
Basic Computer Training
For our students, our lab assistants offer one-on-one basic computer training and assistance in our student labs. The College also provides computer training during the first semester of classes at the College.
Training for Blackboard is readily available for both faculty and students. Students are trained during the first semester of classes at the institution. Faculty are trained upon request before implementing Blackboard for courses.
For faculty and staff authorized to use the Jenzabar system, in-house training will be provided prior to using the system. In addition, we offer special training sessions from Jenzabar staff on specific topics throughout the year. Contact the IT Helpdesk, for details.
Survey Creation and Management Training
For faculty, staff and students conducting course or research based surveys. Appropriate training on how to conduct surveys using an easy to use college adopted tool can be arranged.
