Pierce College

I've been at the American College of Greece for two wonderful years. Now I am in the third class of gymnasium and I think that I've made the best choice I could ever do. The buildings are mamouth and very well equipped. There is a swimming pool, a football pitch, a tennis court, a racetrack and a place where we can play basketball and volleyball too. Also Pierce has two theatres, one open and one inside, laboratories etc. Teachers are very friendly and good at their job. The American College organizes a lot of grate shows every year. I love my school because it learned to love freedom and respect man, so I'm grateful that I am still at the American College of Greece.

Deree and The Junior College

When I first visited The American College of Greece in Aghia Paraskevi two years ago, the huge campus impressed me, with its great variety of facilities.
The reason I chose Deree College was its excellent reputation for high-level academics and because its alumni have secured important positions in many Greek and international companies. The degrees requirements include both interesting general education courses and in-depth concentration ones; information technology is one of the strong features of the College.
Along with attending courses, I work as a student assistant. Apart from the fees reduction, this job has offered me the opportunity to meet some important people and to acquire valuable experience.
These last two years at Deree College have proven to be very creative ones, confirming my belief that coming here really was a wise choice.

Because many relatives of mine have graduated from Deree, I was quite aware of its existence, as well as of how highly it is recognized in the private business sector. Therefore, Deree was my first option.
At first I was quite reluctant of whether my application would be accepted. But The Junior College (a division of The American College of Greece) gave me an opportunity to prove that a failure in the Greek examinations wasn't a true indication of my capabilities. For the first time I was able to study exactly what I was interested in, from the first semester on.
The way the courses were taught, the facilities, the majority of the instructors I met in my four years educational experience, the projects I engaged in, the whole educational environment none of it pressured me as I had expected! On the contrary, the whole system motivated me to try harder and made me to be even more interested in Marketing. Moreover, the fact that the courses are taught in English instead of giving me a hard time provided excellent language practice.
The last four years have been a fabulous academic journey that I am going to miss. The American College of Greece is a life- time experience!

Deree is a great institution. I will never regret that I came to study here. It provides great possibilities for the future, the classes are very interesting and there is a great variety of choices. It's a friendly environment and makes you feel at home. The College fulfilled all my expectations, and I feel like I really belong here.
